Chapter art for Thomas J. Haase’s The Pugilist from Shandong.

For this project the author, Thomas J. Haase, was seeking a minimalist style design that would embody the story of every chapter art in his novel series: The Pugilist of Shandong. We were able to partner with New York fine artist Guillo Pérez III to design and develop each chapter art by creating original paintings for this ongoing book series. Mr. Haase, Mr. Pérez and Chaya Logistics are now working on the design of the second book of the series.
